Brandon Hudson | Lead Pastor
Pastor Brandon grew up in the state of Texas. He surrendered to preach the Gospel before his senior year of high school. He left his home state to attend Bible College in Wisconsin and graduated with a degree in Biblical Studies. After college, he jumped straight into ministry as a youth pastor for eight years in West Virginia. Then the Lord directed him to be the Senior Pastor at a church in northern Indiana where he served for eight years. The Lord directed Brandon to Bethel in 2021 to serve as the associate pastor. Pastor Brandon was voted in to become the next Senior Pastor of Bethel Baptist Church after Pastor Donica retires in July 2022. He and his wife, Sarah, were married in 2004. Sarah currently teaches math at Bethel Christian School and is an active part of the ministry. They have four children, Arianna, April, Allison, and Kevin. Pastor Brandon is excited to lead the church to continue faithfully fulfilling the great commission.
Joel Achenbach | Assistant Pastor
Pastor Joel grew up in Indiana and was home schooled from upper elementary through high school. He received a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Studies, and is currently working on a Master's degree in Pastoral Ministry. He married the former Devon Harry, and they have five children, Marcus, Alex, Samantha, Eliana, and Malachi. Joel has served on the staff of Bethel Baptist Church since 2005. His current responsibility is working with the youth and teaching at Bethel Christian School. Joel's life verses are Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."
Jorge Paez | Pastor of Hispanic Ministry
Pastor Jorge Paez was born in Colombia and was saved at the age of twenty-one. He was a founding member of the first Hispanic Baptist ministry in Antigua and Barbuda, where he surrendered to serve the Lord full time. Jorge was ordained to serve the Lord at Fairfax Baptist Temple in Fairfax, Virginia. He has been the pastor of the Hispanic ministry at Bethel Baptist Church since 2015. His wife Ivette was saved at the age of thirteen. Since her salvation she has been serving in the music ministry, teaching, and working in the nursery. "So they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading."

Jeff Houck | Church and School Administrator
Jeff and Leigh were married in 1992. Jeff, who was born in Pennsylvania, came to know the Lord at the age of five. He has a Bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. He and Leigh began vocational ministry in Pennsylvania. Jeff has served as a business teacher, assistant principal, school administrator, and now the church and school administrator for Bethel. He has served in four different ministries in four different states. Leigh tutors elementary through college level and teaches piano. Her ministry of encouragement is a blessing to many. Together they have three grown children and three grandchildren. Jeff’s favorite passage is Colossians 1.
